Wynnwith Group Limited
Meeting the Challenge:
Optimal Internet were invited to work with Wynnwith in early 2006 in developing an end to end web project, with the capability to streamline the recruitment process, position the company’s web portfolio in front of their target candidate & client market, provide a measurement base for recruitment advertising analysis and create a more efficient method to be competitive in the fast paced recruitment environment.
In August 2006 a portfolio of 7 sites went in to production after careful preparation of a recruitment web and data platform. These consisted of a Group website and divisional websites for Aerospace, Aviation Support, Defence, Flight Crew, Rail and Training. It was decided that the Group represent each vertical of the market in which they operate with an individual web site, to enable ownership at divisional level and allow for clear targeting of their candidate markets. It also creates a platform for each division to feature their individual products and services to the market place.
Furthermore, Wynnwith wish to enhance their presence on the Internet in order to save cost per hire and make better use on internal web resources in attracting clients and candidates.
By October 2006, beta versions of these sites were set live to go through a rigorous test phase. The target date for delivery of web ready sites was set as 1 November 2006 to coincide with the company’s annual conference. Design changes and functional technical adjustments were made in preparation to the launch date.
Project Delivered:
On 1 November 2006, all 7 sites were delivered and launched at the annual conference within the agreed budget.
Wynnwith continue to develop their online presence together with Optimal Internet as the company evolves new services and target markets in line with their growth plans. Optimal Internet continues to manage the entire web portfolio in line with a 3 year agreement and have achieved results way above expectation in a very short period of time.
