Paramount Recruitment was formed in 2003 has grown to be one of the UK’s leading recruiters to the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Scientific industries.

Optimal designed a new website for Paramount in 2007 whose focus was to attract key rare-skill candidates. SEO targets were set and Optimal’s iDrive team targeted many niche skills for which there was a high demand from Paramount’s clients. Through consistent SEO work, Paramount’s website was quite quickly ranked highly on Google and other search engines, beginning to deliver a good quantity and quality of candidate traffic. The site was modernised in 2010 and Paramount have been one of the first companies to use Optimal’s iBrand service for advertising design and customer feedback surveys.
