Encore Personnel are suppliers of industrial, driving and engineering personnel to clients throughout the UK. Founded in Leicester in 2002, the business has grown significantly through focussing on customer service, expertise and innovation. The excellence of the business has been recognised through a number of industry awards and has driven significant growth culminating in a 63% increase in revenues in 2010 to £22m.

Optimal designed a website for Encore in 2008 to position the business as a multi-skill sector provider and to drive candidate traffic to the business. In 2010 the site was converted onto an iWeb+ platform to incorporate job-board type candidate functionality, custom client newsletter hosting and secure client areas including video content. iDrive has been consistently used to increase Google ranking for core skill needs. Visitor numbers doubled during 2010 and application rates per vacancy are comparable to the world’s leading job-board, allowing Encore to reduce external advertising spend.
