Job Application System

Once you have the relevant traffic flowing in to your recruitment website, you need an effective way to present your job opportunities to your visitors. Making sure it is easy to find jobs through a job search facility increases your chances of attracting active jobseekers looking for their next career move.

With OptimalRec, you have full administrative control over the jobs that appear on your site. Once loaded you can edit or delete them as required. You can also control the administrative access for your consultants, ensuring correct user rights are assigned to users in your organisation.

Once your jobs are loaded, they will appear on the site in a search engine compliant manner.

They will be automatically loaded on to the partnership network, using our automated upload service which is provided as part of the OptimalRec package. Jobs are also available in RSS feed format for other sites to accept your jobs directly. Candidates will be able to apply for jobs simply by selecting the job they are interested in, clicking the apply button and running through a brief registration form which collects essential jobseeker information. Candidates will be asked to upload their CV in order to apply for the job in question. This process is quick and easy to navigate whilst ensuring total compliance with the collection of candidate information.

A copy of the application is stored in the OptimalRec admin area and the application automatically emailed to the email address provided when the job was loaded.
