The OptimalRec system includes a client login area where your clients can register their information and be kept up to speed on a number of functional elements. These include candidates by email, news alerts and reporting facilities relating to your internal recruitment process.
Your client is able to self administrate this section of your website in terms of the information they are alerted to and in some cases we customise this facility to suit the needs of your industry and recruitment methods.
Not only does your client feel part of your systems and daily activity , but you can lower administrative burden and create document and information audit trails which are stored and are particular to select clients.
