Our OptimalRec candidates by email facility is a rather unique solution for our recruitment clients. The tool has been carefully developed to provide a pro-active service to your clients.

You can use this to build stronger relationships with existing clients or as a method of prospecting with new clients. The mechanism of the system is simple. With every optimalRec system your clients have a personal login area to administrate a number of elements between the recruitment company and themselves. A client can set up a number of candidate profiles based on job title, skills, location, salary range and job type. Once these profiles are stored, the OptimalRec system will automatically screen each new candidate registration and job application across the site and alert the client and yourself - keeping the candidate details anonymous - that a candidate matching their profile has arrived on your site.

The client can then get in touch with yourselves or you can call your client, based on these alerts, to discuss candidates of interest with your clients.
