The entire platform is search engine friendly, ensuring your jobs are indexed by search engines as soon as possible. The system includes full administration facilities to add your jobs, take applications online as well as allowing candidates to upload CV’s. The system also boasts jobs by email functionality and candidate login areas for candidate retention and recall - creating a solid online recruitment community based around your own website. Through our specific partnership relationships, your jobs will automatically be uploaded to Google Base. Also included is partnership traffic from Workcircle, a leading candidate job search engine, UK Jobs Net, Indeed UK and 1Job are also available. Our system provides RSS feeds, allowing your jobs to be syndicated on to multiple mediums on the Internet in order to attract high quality traffic. The entire system follows recruitment compliance (UK EAA Regulations) to ensure the correct compliance statements and data protection audit trail is followed in posting jobs and collecting visitor information. This includes UK company compliance for websites which was introduced in April 2007.
