Graham has more than 28 years experience in retail management, the last 10 spent at executive management levels. His experience in terms of staff management, operations and process management borne off the back of complex supply chain management systems, Graham is able to ensure the smooth running of the daily activities within Optimal Internet. His remit encompasses supplier management, staff management and overall strategic planning of the company growth to enable our services to remain in step with our development.

His interaction with our sales and management team means he forms a vital interface between our customer base and development teams, uncovering new opportunities and features for inclusion in our software solutions. Graham also plays a vital part in the daily management of client requests and overall project deadlines to ensure top service delivery levels are maintained throughout all our tasks and campaigns.
